The Pikmeerkruiser 950 OK “Rosie” has been owned by the current owners for 24 years and when they were not sailing with it she was in a boathouse. The Pikmeerkruiser is equipped with a Vetus P4.25 diesel engine, bow thruster and both inside and outside steering position.
There is a V-bed in the bow, with a compact bathroom with electric toilet and sink to port behind it. The galley is to starboard with a tiled worktop, 4-burner gas stove and compressor refrigerator. In the saloon, with oak flooring, is the inside steering position, cabinetry and a settee (extra berths) and all windows in the Pikmeerkruiser are of single glass but tinted and in aluminum profile. Through four sliding wooden doors you enter the open cockpit which has a teak floor, a bench seat with plenty of storage space underneath and the outside steering position.
This Pikmeerkruiser shines at you, the superstructure was painted in 2020 and the hull was just painted (2025) as well. The underwater hull was sandblasted in 2020 and again in 2025 with new antifouling. All this was done by Kooistra Jachtschilders in Akkrum.
A classic Dutch motorboat, loved by water sports enthusiasts who love solidity, and an open, spacious living space on, a comparatively, small length and low clearance height.
