This Valkvlet has a surprisingly spacious interior for her length, with in the bow of the vlet a "dinette" which can also be converted into a berth, a galley and a toilet room in the saloon the steering gear and bench with possibility for a "co-pilot's seat" and 4 opening doors to the open cockpit and an aft cabin with 2 single beds. The interior of the vlet has a teak floor.
In 2008, a new teak deck was installed on the Valkvlet. The 60hp Beta Marine engine was installed in 2011 and has approximately 1070 engine hours in 2021 there is a new cockpit tent installed. In 2022 Kooistra Jachtschilders painted the hull and sandblasted the underwater ship and provided it with new antifouling.
