The “Zonnedauw” has an owner's cabin in the bow with a double bed, closet space and plenty of room to change. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and electric toilet. The spacious galley, with long worktop is equipped with a gas stove, sink and refrigerator with freezer compartment and also houses the washing machine. In the spacious salon with large sliding hatch is on port side the steering position with all navigation equipment that are very clearly placed and a closet. To starboard is a co-mariner's bench with chart table and a sofa which is also an extra bed. In the spacious open cockpit is a large U-shaped bench (also sun bed or extra bed) and from this open cockpit it is also possible to steer the “Zonnedauw” with a remote control. The Valkvlet has a powerful Steyr engine which is whisper quiet thanks to the well packed engine compartment. An easy to steer boat, it is very steady on course, with a short turning radius and because of the bow and stern thruster she practically turns in place. You do not have to spend the night in a harbor every night with this Valkvlet. Thanks to a generator, the ship is self-sufficient and (with enough diesel) you can spend the night at anchor in the most beautiful places. The Zonnedauw has always been located in a ship's house since delivery and this ship's house (in Terhorne) is possibly to take over. Would you like to know more?
