Everything exudes quality and solidity about this Super Lauwersmeer cutter 1450 FB "Bandeirantes"
A heavily built, round-bilged jogged ship with sling keels that feels at home on large waters, but also on inland waterways. The "Bandeirantes" offers a lot of comfort and freedom of movement. For example, the SL cutter has wide gangways, high guard rail, a spacious aft deck with large boxes and an off-center steering position on the port side from which the skipper has a good overview. It is a pleasure to sail the 14.50 meter long and 4.35 meter wide "Bandeirantes". A powerful 160 hp Iveco ensures that the power is there when it is needed and the hydraulic bow and stern thrusters make manoeuvring very easy.
The cutter has a teak interior and the front cabin and the owner's cabin are made of ash wood. The interior is characterized by the use of many round shapes that can be found throughout the nave in all rooms.
From the aft deck we reach port side via a staircase in the saloon that is characterized by space and tranquility. In the saloon is an L-shaped sofa with a cupboard wall opposite. If you walk forward from the saloon, a staircase leads to a slightly lower room, where the U-shaped galley and opposite the U-shaped dinette are located. The starboard galley is fully equipped with a cooling drawer (there is an extra fridge in the saloon), microwave, sink and a four-burner ceramic hob and dishwasher. In the forehead of the ship there is a second cabin, with a V-bed and a 3rd bunk bed. There is a pump toilet in a separate toilet room.
In the stern is the spacious owner's cabin, with a spacious French double bed. The owner's cabin can be reached from the saloon via a slightly lower passage. In this passage there is a toilet room with mirror and sink on the port side and a shower room with bath and sink on the starboard side. In addition, the washing machine is neatly concealed in the toilet room. The spacious engine room can be reached via an entrance located under the stairs to the saloon. For any major maintenance, the engine room is also accessible via two hatches in the saloon floor.
In short, a fine sailing cutter with a spacious interior with plenty of storage and closet space and which is equipped with every luxury for a long stay on board or for permanent residence. Partly due to the double glazing, the insulation and the central heating.
