Succes 117 Prestige Jans is a very spacious motor yacht from 2006 with a stylish teak interior, with a teak ship's parquet with white piping throughout the ship. She is equipped with a 150 hp 6-cylinder Iveco engine with less than 1000 motorhours and has an electric bow and stern thruster for effortless manoeuvring.
In the front of the ship is the guest cabin with a spacious Vbed that can easily be converted into a comfortable double bed with a middle section. Here you will also find storage and cupboard space including a large wardrobe, a sink and an escape hatch with mosquito net and blackout. The spacious dinette can serve as an extra sleeping place. In addition, Jans has a U-shaped galley with plenty of cupboard space, a fridge with freezer compartment, 4-burner gas stove, sink and a spacious worktop. This room also has a roof hatch for extra light and ventilation.
The saloon is furnished with an L-shaped sofa, plenty of cupboard and storage space and tinted glass in aluminum profile with condensation gutters. Two sliding windows provide extra ventilation. Via a staircase you reach the stern, where the owner's cabin is situated with a freestanding bed of 200 by 160 cm, spacious closet space with hanging cupboards and two large shutters in the transom that provide daylight and fresh air. To starboard there is a separate shower room and to port a toilet room with electric toilet and sink.
The spacious aft deck has a centrally placed steering system, two fixed lockers and a lockable sprayhood and bimini, both lined. Around the ship is a high stainless steel railing and wide gangways. There are two solar panels on the saloon roof that keep the batteries at the right level when you are not on board. From the aft deck, a staircase leads to the swimming platform, where there is an outdoor shower.
Before sale, the Succes 117 Prestige Jans has been fully inspected; the inspection report can be viewed at the office. De Jans is ready to go but could use a fresh coat of paint.
