The “Prestige” is a aft cabin yacht which is characterized by her graceful design with stainless steel details, solid construction and comfortable sailing characteristics. Has wide gangways, spacious aft deck with steering position with a helmsman's seat for the skipper and a separate passenger seat, a U-shaped seating area with built-in deck lighting and adjustable table, and an integrated semi-circular staircase leads to the spacious swimming platform. The gangways, aft deck and swim platform are fitted with Flexiteak. The aft deck has a fully lockable sprayhood and aft awning that are easy to remove. The sprayhood is adjustable in height which is ideal for a nice trip through France. The light green tinted windows in the salon are equipped with Luxaflex and for the outside there are sun screens.
The interior is made of cherry wood and finished with solid moldings which provides a ship-like appearance. In the bow is a sleeping cabin with freestanding bed, plenty of closet space, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The spacious U-shaped galley is located to port but has an additional work surface to starboard so you have more than enough room to make a delicious meal. The salon has a U-shaped saloon settee with a cabinetry opposite and against the galley are 2 separate chairs that can be added to the dining/saloon table if necessary. The 2 outer front windows and the rear window in the salon can be opened, which provides a cooling breeze in hot weather. In the aft cabin is the owner's cabin with free standing bed, lots of closet space all around and an ensuite toilet and separate shower room.
This Aquanaut Privilege 1250 has always been in a boathouse with both the 1st and current owner and has been lovingly maintained. That explains why she is in such good condition. For the buyer of the “Prestige” it is possible to possibly take over the spacious boathouse in Woudsend.
