How two identical Aquanaut European Voyagers are very different from each other
Aquanaut is known for building yachts that seamlessly match the specific wishes of their future owners. This is also evident from the two unique and well-maintained Aquanaut European Voyager 1300 yachts currently in our sales port. Both of the same type, approximately 13 meters in length, yet very different on many fronts. What makes these two CE-B certified multiknikspant vessels so special? We would be happy to explain it to you in a virtual tour!
1. Aquanaut European Voyager 1300
The versatile 2012 Aquanaut European Voyager 1300 is a very complete yacht. This stylish, very practical yacht is ideal for both short trips and a long stay on the water. This was also the wish of the current and first owner. Even for habitation the self-supported Boomerang (with, among other things, good insulation, central heating, generator and water maker) is extremely suitable.
Spacious saloon with French doors
This is immediately apparent upon entering the boat, where the large amount of space in the salon catches the eye. A handy folding table makes it the ideal place to enjoy a drink or dine with your company. Thanks to two folding doors to the aft deck, you can extend the salon even further. The outside area is fully covered (by the extended sunroof) and can be closed off with a tent, so that you can still enjoy a pleasant stay in less clement weather.
Summer or winter, always pleasant
Also in terms of insulation, this European Voyager never lets you down, no matter what season you spend on the yacht. Boomerang has double glazing with thermal bridge, central heating (Kabola) and good insulation with PU foam. The acoustics and sound insulation have also been taken into account.
Do you like to cook? Then this Aquanaut will certainly not disappoint you. The yacht has a spacious galley, including a four-burner gas hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, water maker and plenty of storage. This allows you to prepare the most delicious dishes for your guests on your yacht.
Complete yacht
With three sleeping cabins, a total of six berths, a bathroom, two toilets and cleverly designed storage spaces, Boomerang is designed for larger groups. It is also a complete boat in other respects, including a hydraulic bow and stern thruster, anchor windlass, mast and crane, heavy-duty inverter/charger, isolating transformer, extensive navigation equipment, a double side door in the wheelhouse and a washing machine/dryer. Everything is present for a long and very pleasant stay on this Aquanaut!
2. Aquanaut European Voyager 1300 II
The classic and robust Aquanaut European Voyager 1300 II from 2010 is also a very complete yacht and a feast for the eyes. In terms of color scheme, this yacht differs from her sister described above. Where Boomerang is colored dark blue and white, Caprice is for the most part white with beige nuances. The differences don't stop there!
Indeed, the layout of Caprice is entirely different. On the covered aft deck we find a folding table with storage cupboard, where you can spend wonderful moments with your company. Here the aft deck cannot be closed with a tent. Just as with the Boomerang, the gangways are partly covered. The Caprice has stylishly concealed exterior lighting in many places. You will also find an electric gangway and a second anchor on the aft deck, so that your yacht remains stable even in stormier waters.
Very complete ship
The galley in Caprice is more compact than the one in Boomerang, but still has a 4-burner induction hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher. In addition, Caprice offers you a very complete ship in other respects. Think, for example, of very extensive navigation equipment, a camera system on the side and rear, an electric throttle, stabilizers, an auxiliary engine (home port), air conditioning and gangway. And on the extended sunroof you will find a bimini and, as with the Boomerang, a crane to hoist your dinghy into the water.
Luxurious appearance
Just like Boomerang, this ship has good insulation, a Kabola central heating system and a hydraulic bow and stern thruster, mast and anchor winch. Whereas Boomerang has three sleeping cabins and two toilets, Caprice has two cabins with a total of five sleeping places and one toilet. On the other hand, the Aquanaut European Voyager 1300 II has a very luxurious appearance.
You can see that everywhere. Whereas Boomerang, for example, has a cosy/practical L-shaped sofa in the salon, this yacht has a semi-oval, luxurious-looking version. Nevertheless, Caprice also looks very spacious; as if you are on a 15-metre long ship.
