Upon entering the “Avontuur,” a cruiser designed by Martin Bekebrede, one immediately notices the enormous space. Among other things, the raised gangways ensure that you have a lot of interior space throughout the ship. The “Adventure” is uncluttered, spacious and has a cozy layout.
In the front is the guest cabin with on port side a “bunk bed” with 1x single bed 100 cm wide and 1x double bed and a convenient seating area and on starboard side a bathroom with sink and toilet. The spacious U-shaped kitchen is equipped with a spacious worktop, 4-burner gas stove, sink, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and plenty of cupboard space. Opposite the kitchen is the dinette with spacious table. The salon is in direct contact with the bow and has a well-seated semi-circular sofa and again lots of closet space with built-in TV on an elevator. In the stern you will find port side the bathroom with toilet, sink and shower stall. To starboard is the owners' quarters with free-standing bed. In the bow and salon the headroom is + 200 cm and in the stern 196 cm.
This round bilge built vessel (underwater hull 6 mm) allows smooth sailing and is easy to maneuver into the desired position. The “Adventure” has wide gangways, with almost no difference in height, allowing you to move easily and safely. On the aft deck is on the port side the steering gear. On the aft deck is plenty of seating space and room, so there is a bench on the starboard side and a bench against the stern of the ship.
